Our e-store is on a temporary hiatus. The rising cost of living and impact of inflation has taken a toll on operations. Considering the cost of materials, time spent creating made-to-order products, and attention to detail required for many personalized items, our current prices and fulfillment practices cannot remain the same. As such, I've been forced to reassess product costs and devise a sustainable, realistic solution to ensure I can continue to create well into the future.

Shipping
We ship most orders through USPS Priority Mail ground service throughout the United States.
Next Day or Express orders may be placed via 860-292-8142.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!
We can also ship internationally through DHL, however you will not be able to order directly through the web store. Please inquire via e-mail or phone for a shipping quote.
Delivery Time
Because items are hand-made, please allow 2 weeks for item creation and shipping. In stock merchandise typically is delivered to homes in 7-14 business days. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but shipping speed is based on several factors, including: your destination address, how quickly we can obtain, assemble, and create items for shipment, and whether all the items are in stock.
Tracking Your Package
If you have the tracking or delivery confirmation number, the tracking number can be entered directly with the carrier's website (usually USPS, sometimes UPS or FedEx). Please note: Your USPS tracking number will not work until we have delivered the order to USPS, and may take a day to have updated information after you recieve your shipment confirmation.
Returns
In the case of damages, merchandise may be returned within 30 days and we will credit your original purchase price less shipping. Returned merchandise must be sent in unopened or original condition, securely wrapped and postage pre-paid via U.S. Postal Service.
If you’ve received any damaged or inferior quality merchandise, you may return these items for replacement. Please make all claims within one week of receipt of goods. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cash refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable as well as any service fees. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. We do not credit for inbound or outbound shipping.
