The Norfolk Farmers Market is a nonprofit, town-sponsored marketplace for farmers and artisans. Its objectives are to increase sales for local vendors; to supply its customers with fresh food and high quality handmade goods, and to foster respect for local agriculture and handicrafts. It reserves special spaces for local organizations and backyard farmers to participate. Keep up with market news events and more by subscribing to our e-newsletter. http://www.norfolkfarmersmarket.org/index.html 250 people in church to celebrate 250 years All throughout the past year the church has been celebrating its milestone birthday. There was even a reenactment of "Save the Sheep." It was in 1687, townspeople ran into the church calling out "wolves on haystack mountain are eating the sheep." The event interrupted Sunday service as the congregation fled up the hill to save the baaaing babies. This year minister Erick Olsen called everyone to run out of the church to once again "save the sheep." The surprised congregation filled into waiting hayfilled wagons and the service was finished atop Haystack mountain. On Sunday December 5, help fill the church (250 + people for 250 years!) as our youth lead worship "Anticipating Our Future."
